Job Summary

LP Analyst is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of Technical Product & Process Improvement Analyst. In this multifaceted position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team with technical development tasks and driving process improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the business team to understand the vision and requirements for internal business applications and maintain and update the product roadmap
• Act as a liaison between the business team and the development team, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth collaboration on application changes and enhancements
• Document required changes to the applications, translating business needs into technical specifications and coordinate and assist in the testing of changes to ensure functionality and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and propose automation solutions to generally support the business
• Assist in the development of a prioritized plan for implementing process improvements, taking into account the potential impact on the organization
• Support the implementation of approved process improvements, working closely with project leads and stakeholders
• Assist in making necessary adjustments and refinements to implemented processes

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in project coordination, product management, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of SQL databases and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Power Platform
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• A keen eye for process optimization and automation opportunities, with a willingness to learn and support ongoing initiatives
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
