  • Customer Support & Implementation:
    • Provide expert-level software support to customers, assisting them with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex software-related issues and ensuring that customers can fully utilize the software's capabilities.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
    • Work closely with product management, development, and support teams to ensure seamless software delivery and performance.
    • Collaborate with the engineering and development teams to communicate customer feedback, influence product enhancements, and ensure the software meets customer expectations.
  • Product Strategy & Feedback:
    • Act as the customer advocate within the organization, providing insights and feedback to influence the product roadmap and feature development.
    • Participate in product strategy meetings and contribute to decisions regarding software improvements, updates, and new feature releases.
  • Training & Documentation:
    • Develop and maintain detailed user manuals, guides, FAQs, and training materials for the software products.
    • Deliver software training sessions to internal teams (e.g., sales, customer success) and customers to ensure proper understanding and usage of the product.
  • Pre-Sales Support & Product Demonstrations:
    • Assist the sales team with pre-sales activities, including conducting product demonstrations and answering technical questions related to the software.
    • Collaborate with sales engineers and account managers to ensure successful software onboarding for new customers.
  • Automation & Process Optimization:
    • Identify opportunities to improve product usability and support, including automation of tasks within the software.
    • Work with internal teams to optimize workflows and improve the user experience based on customer feedback.

Qualifications

Qualifications we’re looking for.

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably full stack development. (specifically Java, API’s and AWS/Azure)

    • Experience working with complex software solutions, ideally in SaaS, IoT, or enterprise software environments.
    • Experience working with CRM tools and other software product management platforms.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
