Leader, Technical Pricing Ecosystem Product Manager – Denver, CO

We are seeking a dedicated, analytical, strategic technical product manager to join our new pricing product and innovation team with a focus on ecosystem. In this role you will guide the evolution of the next generation of products from conception to implementation and beyond. This involves working cross-functionally to understand our various markets, channels, customer personas, and competitors to formulate requirements, and deliver impactful solutions to our customers.

Role Responsibilities

  • Collaborate, define, and drive product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company vision of ecosystem program needs.
  • Lead and manage complex projects and program workstreams from concept to implementation, focusing on delivering innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders, engineering, product operations, product strategy, and more to ensure milestones are met.
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders and communicate workstream status, issues, and risks on a regular cadence.
  • Contribute and foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer empathy.
  • Understand customer and stakeholder needs and gather product requirements, prioritizing them based on business impact.
  • Communicate product plans and performance to all levels of the organization, including executive leadership updates.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform product strategy.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the team. Providing guidance and support, enabling them to succeed through collaboration, creativity, and communication.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field
  • Solid technical acumen with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.
  • Proven self-starter with a track record of driving product and organizational improvements through data analysis and customer insights.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
  • Fintech (payments a plus)
  • 10+ years’ product experience
  • Startup experience a plus
  • Experience with digital transformation
  • 3+ years in people management
  • Program management experience a plus
  • Design | UX Research Experience
  • Technical PM experience
  • B2B | B2C Experience
  • Jira/Confluence
  • Figma/Invision experience
  • SQL/Snowflake/Cloud (AWS/Azure)

Salary

The annual base salary range is $120,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus and Long-term Incentives. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
