Position Description

The Technical Product Manager will engage with cross-disciplinary teams, appropriate departmental stakeholders, and external vendors to manage the complete product development lifecycle, from planning through implementation and launch.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager with experience leading complex cross-functional projects
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions to both internal and external audiences
  • Experience with APIs, services, and 3rd party integrations
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and/or other collaboration software systems
  • Strong plus: experience with an EHR or other healthcare software


Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and 3rd party vendors to gather business and technical requirements
  • Recommend project scope, understand and identify minimum viable product requirements and prioritize accordingly
  • Manage SDLC and coordinate with stakeholders to meet product release goals
  • Create tickets, user stories, and well-defined acceptance criteria
  • Validate and demo product releases to ensure all requirements are met
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and team meetings
  • Coordinate feature release communications and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with technology leaders across business units and vendors to support the integrated delivery of products
  • Evaluate key metrics to optimize performance
  • Provide internal support for the team's areas of ownership
  • Adaptable to perform other duties as needed
