As a Platform Technical Product Managers (TPMs), you will manage the design and development of platform services. Ensuring the high-quality, meeting schedule and cost constraints, and provide application developers with a seamless developer experience.

About the Role
As a Platform Technical Product Managers (TPMs), you will manage the design and development of platform services. Ensuring the high-quality, meeting schedule and cost constraints, and provide application developers with a seamless developer experience.
Responsibilities
- Uncovering and understanding Value Stream needs and translate them into platform requirements and API design.
- Ensuring requirements are fully understood by technical teams and that implementation plans match expectations.
- Orchestrating and managing integration of platform services with consuming applications/products.
- Communicating technical requirements to technical teams (including developers, engineers, architects, quality engineers). Understand technical complexities and dependencies of those requirements.
- Serving as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community.
- Providing internal customer training on how to use the platform services and onboarding and support for internal customers. Answer incoming questions about products, services and capabilities.
Requirements
- Have technical product/program/project management experience in software engineering, data science, or systems engineering experience.
- Experience in managing large scale software/hardware development projects.
- Have familiarity with Atlassian products, including Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in defining programs, writing detailed functional specifications, and delivering projects that meet rapidly evolving business needs.
- Experience in communicating effectively and establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders including executive staff.
- Experience in facilitating the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.
- Experience in balancing competing priorities from multiple internal customers.
- Experience in working with third parties, evaluating APIs and capabilities, mapping out integration plans, or evaluating different technology options.
