POSITION SUMMARY
AdAction is looking for a Technical Product Manager to own our integrations solutions for our clients. This role is critical in evolving the technology and processes related to our SDK and API integrations, ensuring a seamless client onboarding experience. The Technical Product Manager will build out the technical roadmap, plan and execute projects related to integrations. The Technical PM will also have the opportunity to manage AdAction's internal integrations across the organization.
The successful candidate will bring a demonstrated track record of success in developing integrations and product features to further an organizations' growth and capabilities. This person will be responsible for aligning engineering, product and client facing teams to achieve product goals. The position requires a mix of management and technical skills to impact a growing product and team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide technical support when needed and act as second line of support for our publisher management team
  • Continuously evaluate product offerings and liaise with engineering team to spec out product feature requests
  • Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation and processes
  • Categorize and prioritize feature requests to better provide support to publishers
  • Can take on most technical integration issues, questions and concerns and owns the resolution process as needed
  • Comprehend product challenges and innovate solutions for achieving development objectives with greater efficiency
  • Manage the development process to achieve planned objectives of the product and its features
  • Opportunity to lead and mentor an Integration Specialist in the future

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years of Product Management
  • Previous experience as a software engineer as either a developer or tester is a plus
  • Experience working with data integrations and SDKs in the context of Public Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), and related concepts and technologies
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to think critically and present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills required
  • Experience mentoring junior team members
