Technical Product Manager

As a Technical Product Manager, you will advance the coordination, development and execution of our products. You will be a fulcrum for activities by participating in Architecture, Design, Discovery and Coordination with technical partners to bridge gaps between our Engineering and Product needs, including when those needs venture into the Government sphere. You will be a strong communicator both written and verbal, able to use your skills to empower others and drive us towards defining the goals we need to achieve. You find great excitement and passion in being challenged; are able to execute independently, learn new technical domains and have a respect for strong quality practice. You have a love for solving complex problems; and are energized by making customers successful with a serious real world impact.

• Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for government clearances

• 3+ years of experience designing and building durable, scalable, and high-availability systems, optimizing for delivering the most value as quickly as possible
• Track Record of navigating Government, Product and Customer requirements to derive solutions
• Proficiency at technical documentation as a deliverable, and as an internal practice
• Proficiency at team organization, written communication and project management
• Ability to be a strong contributor to architectural concepts and technical direction
• Experience using our stack or similar technologies (Node.js, Typescript, GraphQL, TypeORM/PostgreSQL, Python 3, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Docker)
• Experience representing Engineering programs to both internal and external Stakeholders
• Experience working on a small, tight-knit, high-performing engineering team
• Skill and comfort working in a rapidly moving startup environment with dynamic objectives and iteration with users

• Experience with AWS Cloud Native Technologies (AWS Lambda, CDK, Fargate, Kinesis etc.)
• Experience with asynchronous processing and/or data streaming technologies, such as ZeroMQ or Kafka
• Familiar with building data platforms, microservices, distributed systems
• Active Security Clearance preferable
