We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Product team. We seek people with excellent technical & communication skills who have a knack for working across many different functions. In this role you will be responsible for managing our Customer Experience Platform product offering. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, translating them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and improvements.
  • Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organization.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing with the ability to make complex and technical concepts easy to understand
  • Demonstrate proficiency/understanding of solutions and concepts related to web search, marketplaces, ecommerce, digital sales management, CMS, CRM, Marketing automation, customer data platforms and other common related solutions required to build a world-class web presence
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Knowde’s full product suite.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in a tech startup environment.
  • Strong technical background, with experience in software development or engineering.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Familiarity with modern web technologies and platforms (e.g., cloud services, APIs, microservices).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building eCommerce websites for clients with tools such as Shopify or in an agency setting.
  • Experience working hands on with advanced search capabilities.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
  • Experience in a high-growth tech startup environment.
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and practices.
