NIKE USA, Inc. Memphis, TN. Design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Serve as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution. Get involved throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line. Document the design and development for new enhancements and test execution plans and technical support documents. Log defects in service management tool and assign to the team for those issues identified as part of Testing. Use specialized computer systems to transform, organize, and model the data to draw conclusions and identify patterns. Troubleshoot operational, functional and system issues. Get involved in production support, Issue analysis, resolution, and Implementation. Participate and execute the integration testing with other systems. Perform Root Cause Analysis of the issues to find the cause of the issue. Stabilize business flows through data analysis and recommendations. Be accountable for small projects or programs with manageable risks and resource requirements. Perform work in support of brand plans; demonstrates link between daily work and company mission; participates in initiatives, programs or products with moderate visibility.

Applicant must have a Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include:
