Job Summary
The Technical Product Manager will be the primary representative of IT in partnering with Planning, Operations, and Wholesale functions to define, prioritize, lead execution, and implement enhancements and major initiatives. The TPM will be critical in shaping the tech stack for Bedrock's operational technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and functional partners in prioritizing and specifying requirements
- Drive technology solution discussions and strategy in line with business needs
- Define project plans and approaches based on scope, expected timeline, and available budget/resources
- Facilitate convergence of functional and technical knowledge
- Lead implementation of Agile program management processes and drive improvements
- Work with technical teams to align business prioritization with technical capacity
- Coordinate external partner vendors
- Prioritize, triage, and drive resolution of support tickets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business systems analysis, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years as Technical Product Manager, IT project management, and/or implementation experience
- Experience in Agile and scrum methodology
- Knowledge of Supply Chain processes and associated IT tools and systems such as PLM and ERP
Hard Skills
- Microsoft Dynamics and/or D365 experience
- Strong collaborator and problem-finder that actively incorporates input from various sources
- Clear communicator that can deliver a message to business and technical audiences in a clear and succinct manner
- Intrinsically change motivated- driver of process improvements and creator of actionable strategies and plans, able to anticipate obstacles and generate creative solutions to complex obstacles
- PMP, Scrum Master, or related Project Management certifications
