As a Technical Product Manager for Platform Services, reporting to the Product Manager, you will engage with business stakeholders to capture, manage, and prioritize key business requirements for platform services. You will translate those needs into platform offerings, and you will work with internal teams to enable adoption.

A successful candidate will be both creative and highly analytical, strong at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into products and applications that deliver value to ResMed SaaS engineering teams. This position requires a mixture of technical skills, customer obsession and strong prioritization to execute on a roadmap with clear milestones. This is a highly visible role and a great opportunity for an experienced product and technical leader to influence the re-imagination of healthcare.

• You Will work with multiple Internal and external stakeholders and customers to elicit requirements and develop product solutions
• You Will provide guidance to team members
• You Will create and refine Platform backlog
• You Will aid in the prioritization of backlog
• You will identify and coordinate intra-team dependencies

Let's talk about you

• You will have a bachelor's degree in a technical, or business-related field, or equivalent experience building and shipping software.
• You will have experience creating User Stories, Requirements and Acceptance Criteria
• You will have previous experience building Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities for internal teams and strong familiarity with OpenID Connect (OIDC), oAuth, SAML Federation, etc.
• You Will have strong collaboration and communication skills
• You Will have strong knowledge and experience using Agile/Scrum/Kanban and associated tools
• You Will have the ability to nurture Agile methodologies with teams unfamiliar with the methodology

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience building platform capabilities as products is a big differentiator for this role.
• Previous experience in healthcare IT is a great plus, but not required.
• Some travel might be required.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role may be eligible to receive bonus / stock equity based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

Base Pay Range for this position:

118,000.00 - 178,000.00

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
