Job Description:

As a Technical Product Manager (EV Charging Technology), you will play a pivotal role in leading and driving the development and execution of our EV charging product strategy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver innovative EV charging solutions that meet the growing needs of electric vehicle owners and businesses.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive EV charging product strategy, aligned with the company's vision and business objectives. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to define a compelling product roadmap for EV charging technology

• Collaborate with Customer Experience team to create and manage the product roadmap for EV charging solutions, including defining features, prioritization, and resource allocation. Continuously evaluate and refine the roadmap based on customer feedback, market dynamics, and technological advancements in the EV charging industry

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define product requirements, technical specifications, and development priorities for EV charging technology. Work with design teams to ensure a user-friendly and intuitive user experience. Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and enable successful product launches

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, EV infrastructure providers, and industry experts, to gather feedback, validate product direction, and build strong relationships. Effectively communicate product plans, updates, and performance to stakeholders at various levels of the organization

• Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle for EV charging solutions, from concept development and prototyping to testing, deployment, and post-launch iterations. Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality EV charging products, while managing risks and dependencies

• Stay informed about market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in the EV charging domain. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, potential partnerships, and areas for product differentiation within the EV charging technology space

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum of 7 ~ 10 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, with a focus on Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Technology. Demonstrated success in leading the development and adoption of EV charging solutions

• Strong technical acumen with a solid understanding of EV charging technology, including different charging standards (CSS, NACS), hardware, software, and interoperability (CSMS). Familiarity with EV charging infrastructure providers, charging networks, and emerging EV technologies

• Ability to think strategically, analyze market dynamics, and translate customer needs into a compelling EV charging product strategy
