This role is currently hybrid.
Job Description:
As a Technical Product Manager (PaaS), you will play a critical role in leading and driving the development and execution of our PaaS product strategy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver innovative solutions that meet our B2B customers' needs
What You'll Do:
• Develop and drive the overall product strategy, aligning it with the company's vision and business goals. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to define a compelling product roadmap
• Work with Customer Experience team to create and manage the product roadmap for our offerings, including feature prioritization, timelines, and resource allocation. Continuously evaluate and refine the roadmap based on market feedback, customer insights, and technology advancements
• Work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements, technical specifications, and development priorities. Collaborate with design teams to ensure a seamless user experience and intuitive interfaces. Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and enable successful product launches
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and industry experts, to gather feedback, validate product direction, and build strong relationships. Effectively communicate product plans, updates, and performance to stakeholders at various levels of the organization
• Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to testing, launch, and post-launch iterations. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by coordinating with engineering teams, setting realistic milestones, and mitigating risks
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the PaaS domain. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, potential partnerships, and areas for product differentiation
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 ~ 10 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, with a focus on Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions. Demonstrated success in leading the development and launch of complex technical products
• Strong technical acumen with a solid understanding of cloud computing, infrastructure, and PaaS concepts. Familiarity with popular PaaS platforms, such as AWS, Google, or Microsoft Azure
• Ability to design a system architecture that can seamlessly integrate into existing customer infrastructure while solving business problems
• Ability to think strategically, analyze market dynamics, and translate customer needs into a compelling product strategy. Experience in defining product roadmaps and executing on them successfully
• Deep understanding of customer-centric product development principles. Experience in gathering customer feedback, conducting user research, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance product value
