This will be the foundation of your role here at MNTN; scaling, maintaining and innovating this cornerstone of MNTN’s success, as well as the growth of the Performance TV industry as a whole.

In your role as the Technical Product Manager - Reporting, you will harness your technical and logical skills to analyze vast data sets, architect innovative attribution solutions, and craft compelling visual narratives for our clients. Embodying an entrepreneurial spirit, you will navigate your role, utilizing your exceptional leadership skills and keen business acumen throughout the lifecycle of each project. Your ability to connect and align various departments will be pivotal in ensuring smooth collaboration on all products under your management.

What You’ll Do:

• Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business logic within our data pipeline to guide your roadmap and develop new data-story opportunities.
• Collaborating closely with other Analytics Product Managers, Data Engineering, Java Engineers, Data Analysts/Scientists and UX Designers to explore and implement innovative solutions.
• Translating complex data sets into clear directional reporting for our customers and internal stakeholders.
• Continue being an industry leader in how we present performance to our customers.
• Communicating analytics concepts and reporting solutions via written concept briefs. and requirements for functional and implementation requirements.
• Working with Marketing, Finance, Product Development, and Product Support teams to resolve complex problems, educate, and advocate for performance analytics solutions.
• Tracking platform usage and trends for the MNTN user base.

What You’ll Bring:

• A solid 5+ years of product management experience in a data-driven reporting or performance analytics platform.
• Experience in managing consumer-facing, 1000+ QPS, APIs and their associated data system; AWS cloud technologies; proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL pipelines 
• Proficiency in data visualization, analytical skills, user-centered design process, and visual report composition tools.
• Proven success leading product efforts behind releases that have been utilized by paying customers.
• A solid 5+ years of agile product management experience in a data-driven reporting or performance analytics platform.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with an emphasis on usability issues.
• Stellar presentation and communication abilities.
