Job title : Technical Product Manager - ServiceNow Backend UI & Navigation

Duration : 6 months (Contract)

Location: Beaverton, OR

Remote: PST Time Zone (Prefer Local/Onsite)

Note: Occasional 7am PST meetings with client team in Bangalore

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training
  • Experience as a Technical Product Manager responsible for implementing Enterprise Service Management solutions on ServiceNow
  • Understanding and experience of the Agile principles and methodologies (such as Scrum, Kanban, LEAN) and how they're applied in workplace culture; related certifications are a plus
  • Knowledge and experience of Service Management/Service Delivery principles, methodologies, and tools; related certifications are a plus
  • Strong Analytical and Data Visualization Skills
  • Great business acumen and communication skills
  • Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Strong meeting and work session facilitation skills
  • Strong project planning and organizational skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
  • Validated ability to adapt to new technologies and tools, changing needs, processes, and ambiguity
  • Strong understanding of Design Thinking Concepts and Design Leadership
  • Strong understanding of Value-Driven Frameworks

Job Responsibilities:

This Technical Product Manager position will be responsible for the Enterprise Services Platform Experience & User Interactions product area. This product area includes:

  • Platform Performance
  • ServiceNow Backend UI & Navigation
  • Notifications
  • Live Chat & Virtual Agent

As a Technical Product Manager, you will focus on driving excellence in product and platform strategy and execution. You will work in close collaboration with various teams within Global Technology (e.g., Digital Technology Program Office, Engineering leaders) and key Functional Teams across the business (e.g., Global Operations Team, Marketplace). TPMs will require experience designing creative, quality technical products and enabling business capabilities and objectives through technology.
