Technical Product Manager- SMS Web
Job Description
The product manager SMS web will envision and build the tools for administration of SMS services within the Sinch web portal. Working together with the web framework owners, and the SMS core development teams, you will optimize the customer experience for management of and reporting on the services they consume.
As our new product manager SMS web, you will:
- Build a consistent user experience for managing their services on the web.
- Lead product design and release process for SMS web presence.
- Develop and maintain the development road map for UIs in line with company objectives. Coordinate roadmaps with other messaging development streams to optimize TTM.
- Gather inputs from customers, sales & account management, product management on what helps improving our UX and validate those inputs via product management practices.
- Work with the SMS web development teams to understand day to day activities and roadmaps.
- Build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy in on the requirements and UX vision.
Who are you?
You are familiar with web design, have experience in building UIs for large transactional systems that give customers high degrees of flexibility in choosing their product configuration. You've driven the design and implementation of UIs across various microservices and are driven to deliver incremental improvements both in- and external.
In order to perform this role you have:
- 3-7 years of product management experience in an international company, with a focus on UI or UX development.
- Must have experience with cross-functional teams that include engineering, sales, and marketing staff
- Experience with agile development and methodologies.
- Ability to analyse business needs and create technical solutions to address these
