Technical Product Owner

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to organize, prioritize and assess website and digital marketing work for our scrum team. Responsibilities include gathering feature requests, scheduling releases and coordinating sprints. To be successful in this role, you should be able to identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases. Ultimately, you'll create products that deliver our company's vision. You'll help create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints. You should have excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques. You'll also need the ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with your mind set on deliverables. Responsibilities

• Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap
• Work closely with the marketing organization on SEO/SEM initiatives
• Groom and prioritize backlog
• Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
• Set sprint goals
• Write and conduct user acceptance tests
• Plan releases and upgrades
• Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints
• Analyze preferences and requests of end users
• Refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback
• Keep track of industry trends
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Understand and assess the architecture proposed by the Application architecture team and ensure that the scrum team delivery is aligned to the overall solution architecture

Requirements

• At least 5 years Product Management experience
• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
• Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
• Knowledge in key areas of digital marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC, UX and SEM)
• Experience with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics
• Experience in building modern platforms from scratch, user management, and API management
• Expert in Product Management tools like Jira and Confluence
• Team spirit and excellent communication abilities and servant leadership skills
• Good organizational skills
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
