Description:

Requirements

1. Focus on functional & technical analysis of new product development & product enhancements and, overall impact on downstream/upstream systems for a Product/set of Products

2. Airline TechOps domain expert with end-to-end system thinking on functional aspects of the product(s) specifically Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO), Contract Management, Exchange Management, Lead Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

3. Engages with Product Owner, Product Engineer, Portfolio Architect & Squad Lead to understand tech trends and how they affect the product roadmap

4. Gather, develop, coordinate, and maintain business requirements for various projects and/or systems from initial phase to final implementation, assuring requirements meet standards

5. Coordinate the process to analyze, evaluate, implement, and maintain systems developed internally and/or externally with an outside vendor Interact with users, other portfolios, vendors, and business for full life cycle of project.

6. Develop use cases and functional specifications and coordinate the capture of process models and functional testing, ensuring system is functionally appropriate, technically sound, and well-integrated

7. Produce scheduled and ad hoc reports as necessary

8. Assist in maintenance and communication of project status reports and tracking

9. Provide user support and coordinate resolution of issues to include change management, root cause analysis, and appropriate escalation as needed

10. Develop and manage user acceptance criteria.

11. Transition product support to systems operations.

12. Assist in establishing end user training."
