Job Description
As a Technical Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and delivery of our products. You will work closely with stakeholders, Scrum Masters, Development leads, Product managers and the team to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Your technical expertise, particularly in API's, Reports, web development, info security, DevOps, and knowledge of cloud products will be crucial in bridging the gap between technical and business requirements.
What You'll Bring:
Qualifications:

• Technical Background: Proven experience in software development or DevOps, with a strong understanding of cloud products.

• Product Ownership: Previous experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering products.

• Agile Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile practices and principles.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate teams, driving them towards achieving project goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certifications.

• Cloud Expertise: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Technical Tools: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Epic and User Story Writing: Write clear and concise epics and user stories, ensuring they are well-defined and actionable for the development team.

• Agile Practices: Follow and promote Agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, leveraging your background in development or DevOps.

• Cloud Product Knowledge: Utilize your knowledge of cloud products to inform product development and ensure scalability and reliability.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet quality standards through rigorous testing and validation processes.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance product development.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
