Technical Product Specialist - Remote Summary:

This position is responsible for organizing, directing, and managing the process of building and maintaining software releases into non-production and production environments. In addition, ensuring the quality and consistency of internal and customer facing releases.

The qualified candidate will lead releases by working with cross functional teams including Audit Technology Operations, Audit Innovation and Enterprise IT, among other stakeholders.

They will work collaboratively with key stakeholders, ATO Portfolio Director, other Product Directors, Delivery Director, Product Delivery Team, Development, Solutions Architects and QA Team, and across the SDLC to scope and develop solutions that are aligned to both RSM and ATO's strategic priorities.

• Works collaboratively with other members of the organization, including other Member Firms and RDC to facilitate, explore, and decide upon solution alternatives to business problems and examines the cost/benefit analyses of design alternatives while considering the Audit Technology roadmap.
• Organizing, directing, and managing the process of building and maintaining software releases into non-production and production environments
• Working with Product Owner and Business Stakeholders to define the product vision, product roadmap, and product strategy
• Providing L3 support, identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.
• Plan and communicate how a release will be managed, including risk/issue management, change control, and communication plan
• Create and manage release schedules and release notes.
• Provide Product support to project team and stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Degree Required
