Overview
Chick-fil-A is looking for a Techical Program Lead that will drive and support the technology solutions that enable Operators and team members to manage their Restaurant intranets.

In the role of Technical Program Lead, you will help drive decisions on product features for Chick-fil-A's Restaurant Intranet platform. You will be the SME for Chick-fil-A's suite of enterprise communications solutions, including @Chick-fil-A, the corporate intranet. In addition, you will bring the visioin and focus to an often-ambiguous context and dynamic set of business challenges while being an excellent collaborator and fostering a thriving agile working model.

Responsibilities
- Co-create vision and strategy with leadership and cross functional teams in DTT, Corporate Communications, and Team Member Experience to achieve business outcomes
- Partner with Team Member Experience and Corporate Communications team to define, prioritize and oversee the development of product redesigns, new features, enhancements, and integrations, including managing the product backlog.
- Partner with help desk team to troubleshoot, verify, and remediate end user support tickets
- Partner with technical team on development and maintenance of our content management system and video platform
- Collaborate and interact with developers, stakeholders, system architects and various subject matter experts to manage the implementation of changes and issue resolution
- Leverage subject matter expertise of User Experience Design and Strategic Communications to drive exceptional digital outcomes
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for systems/platforms supported
- Track platform effectiveness and other digital platforms through key performance metrics
- Represents the team and their efforts to others within the organization.
- Ensures cross-team and release requirements and dependencies are shared appropriately.
- Develops and maintains strong and productive relationships with all IT and business stakeholders.
- Attends all team retrospectives and assists with driving continuous improvement across the team.
- Partner with Technical implementation partners and vendors to ensure delivery of expected outcomes
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with web-based Intranet software (Optimizely preferred)
- Experience with UX/UI design
- Experience with Product Ownership/Product Management
- Experience with Agile development approaches and techniques
- Experience in driving teams and management to decisions
