Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Technical Program Manager located in Milpitas, CA.

Reporting to the Director Operations Engineering, the Technical Program Manager role involves working across organizations with leadership and their own teams to manage the development of one or more projects.

What a typical day looks like:

• Work with business stakeholders and customer to understand the projects requirements. This includes technology for internal systems and programs or products that a customer can buy, determine what resources they might need, how long it can take and how many people they might need for development and testing.
• Oversee different aspects of a projects, including the schedule.
• Coordinating efforts between technical teams and individuals from other departments that may provide input.
• Generate different reports for different stakeholders in an organization. For example, they might provide high-level schedule and budget reports to leadership or customized summary reports as required by customer.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Prior experience in automotive projects, especially in the field of Lidar and Laser.
• Strong technical background with a good understanding of manufacturing, manufacturing processes, materials, electronics, and mechanical aspects.
• Critical thinker: Able to investigate, evaluate, identify key issues, and draw appropriate conclusions.
• A good listener. One who intently listens to others, as well as understands the myriads of non-verbal communications.
