Technical Program Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive Agile based product development methodology across cross-functional teams.
• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans to ensure on-time delivery, provide day-to-day coordination across engineering teams.
• Identify & articulate the program goals, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Develop mitigation strategies for risks and dependencies.
• Design and implement measurements to track program execution & implement process improvements.
• Drive ongoing communication of planning, project status, issues, and risks in a timely fashion to stakeholders.
• Bring a strong sense of execution and ownership to the team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience
  
• Thorough understanding of SoC, ASIC development process and program management
• Mixed signal ASIC, Photonics, Software Packaging and Systems development process knowledge is a plus.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Agile product development methodology
• Ability to operate autonomously across multiple engineering teams.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership.
• Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking skills.
• Creativity in problem-solving with strong attention to detail
• Establishing healthy work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.

• Thrives in a highly collaborative and dynamic work environment.
• Has excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to understand other people, what motivates them and how to work cooperatively with them (high EQ attribute)

As an early startup experiencing explosive growth, we offer an extremely attractive total compensation package, inclusive of competitive base salary and a generous grant of our valuable early-stage equity.  The target base salary for this role is approximately $170,000.00 - $200,000.00. The base salary offered may be slightly higher or lower than the target base salary, based on the final scope as determined by the depth of the experience and skills demonstrated by candidate in the interviews.
