Technical Program Manager

As a Technical Program Manager for full-stack web applications, you will be pivotal in organizing and executing high-priority product projects. You will embed yourself in the Product life cycle, focusing on engineering efficiency and project execution. You will manage agile processes and work closely with Product, Engineering, and other departments to remove blockers and maintain a strong and reliable release cadence. You will assist in building the infrastructure to measure the team’s velocity and project timelines for projects. You will roll up your sleeves and assist in getting projects across the finish line.

This role is fully remote within the US.

• Work closely with Engineering and Product to identify an ideal work cadence
• Manage the execution of Product projects from ticket pick-up to release
• Enforce optimal processes without slowing down velocity
• Execute manual QA as needed to continue to make progress towards release
• Define and report on active progress towards priorities
• Write and standardize process documentation
• Lead agile ceremonies and conduct daily stand-ups for Engineering teams

• 2-3+ years of program management experience 
• Experience working at an early-stage company or other fast-paced environment
• A history of career progression at previous employers
• Experience building data platforms and products powered by data
• Experience working with engineering and architecture teams
• Make data-driven decisions

• $140K to $160K base salary + equity
