Technical Program Manager

Join the Adcetera team as an Technical Program Manager to oversee and drive the agile development of digital projects, features, and enhancements. Successful candidates should have a demonstrated history successfully leading all phases of the software development lifecycle including vision and scope definition, creative and user experience design, requirements specification and prioritization, iterative development, testing, handoff, and delivery.

Role and Responsibilities

• Participate in and/or lead daily scrums, sprint planning meetings, kickoffs and other.
• Build roadmaps for various levels of client stakeholders that include detailed project milestones.
• Help improve team performance by holding retrospectives and facilitating and/or recommending process changes.
• Contribute to the internal development of agile and project management processes, deliverables, and standards.
• Help to ensure product quality by planning for and confirming adequate testing prior to delivery of an artifact or a code release.
• Manage project scope, timeline and budget, and producing deliverables such as project plans, burn-downs, estimates to complete, status reports, root cause analysis reports, and others as needed per project and per client.
• Manage the project team including assigning individual project tasks, holding regular meetings to monitor progress and ensuring a high utilization of staff.
• Coordinate (and participate) in the QA process including test assignment, bug analysis, validation, re-test and release.
• Provide key stakeholders and account management teams with accurate reporting of current projects.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience working in the technology space in project management, consulting or service delivery specifically within an agency environment.
• Experience in a wide-range of technical projects, working cross-functionally with UX, design and development teams to define, document, and prioritize product features and users stories for digital experiences.
• Experience supporting and validating development activities to ensure the product is developed as designed and meets our standards for exceptional user experience.
• Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Agile, Scrum Master and PMI certifications are a plus.
• Experience managing discovery, design, development, and QA efforts.
• Willingness to engage personally in the quality assurance and testing process.
• Experience in both Confluence and Jira for software development are a plus.
• Strong desire to learn and willingness to take initiative.
• Experience working within a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can react quickly according to business changes.
• Experience working with software such as Drupal, WordPress, Adobe XD, and Microsoft Project are a plus.
