ROLE SUMMARY:

Dollar Shave Club is looking for a Technical Program Manager to oversee Tech (Engineering, Data, Enterprise Architecture, IT) and cross-functional projects. This role works closely with Tech leads to ensure tasks and resources are aligned with business priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and deliver Tech projects by guiding scope, creating timelines, identifying risks, and proposing and implementing solutions to keep projects moving forward
• Create project management artifacts when appropriate
• Maximize cross-functional effectiveness during development and implementation; coordinate with tech leads and gather feedback from stakeholders
• Determine and communicate prioritized requirements; track and drive development; advocate for stakeholders
• Interface with business stakeholders and facilitate project related discussions with Tech leads
• Work closely with Tech and Program Management Director to make sure projects map to strategic initiatives
• Manage and communicate project budgets and related contracts

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years experience running technical and/or cross-functional projects
• Experience working with developers and engineers
• Proficiency with project management tools, e.g., Atlassian, Smartsheets, etc.
• Diligent, organized leader with strong communication skills
• Solution-oriented, strategic, and analytical
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• DTC (eCommerce) experience preferred, e.g., Shopify
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) a plus

POSITION TYPE:

This is a full-time exempt position.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position is a hybrid role at our Headquarters in Marina Del Rey.

SALARY:

$100,000 - $120,000
