This is an exciting time at Enovix! We are looking for experienced candidates to help support our new 50,000 square-feet lithium-ion battery production facility in Fremont, California for commercialization of our 3D Silicon™ Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead our strategic programs. As a TPM, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, R&D, manufacturing engineering, procurement & supply chain, sales, and finance. You will be responsible for developing and managing complex program schedules, tracking progress against these plans, and ensuring the company hits our targets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a team player and a team leader.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and manage complex program schedules

Work cross-functionally to ensure projects are resourced appropriately, scopes are well defined, schedule targets are met

Ensure alignment across teams and across stakeholders

Identify and actively manage program risks and inter-dependencies

Communicate program status regularly to teams and stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

A BS degree in Science or Engineering

5-7 years of experience in a technology company scaling up new products and designs

5+ years of Program Management experience

Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership skills

Eligible to work in the United States

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working in a battery cell company

Experience working with customers to successfully qualify a new product

Experience working in the consumer electronics industry
