Job Description

Our products help HR teams find talent using thousands of attributes across 10s of millions of companies and 100s of millions of candidates, all delivered in an intuitive co-pilot AI/ML UX. We also help HR teams understand their people, to identify talent gaps in their organizations, craft compelling hiring programs and narratives, and retain their best employees. Responsibilities:

- Scope: Help design and drive a new planning process for better predictability, quality and alignment with business priorities and KPIs
- Own the planning process: Be a change advocate to drive planning retrospectives and improving our planning process, as our company scales and matures
- Strategic programs: Be the execution leader for major pivots or highly strategic company initiatives, ensuring that we deliver on initiatives with significant business impact.
- Crafted decision making: Drive a reliable, visible cadence for reviews, decision making, sizing, resource management so we can make the right (and sometimes hard) choice
- Communication: Ensure that updates on execution against plan, escalations and changes to plan are done in a thoughtful , methodical way to ensure smoother execution


Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience as a software technical program manager
  • (Nice to have) Prior experience working in a startup
  • (Nice to have) Prior experience in designing a new planning process (not just executing one)
