Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the Scrum process and ensuring our teams are aligned with Agile principles. You will be responsible for coaching, guiding, and supporting our teams to deliver value iteratively and incrementally. If you have a strong background in Agile practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.

Serve as a servant leader, removing impediments that hinder the team's progress.

Act as a process owner, ensuring the team adheres to Scrum practices and Scrum Ceremonies.

Resolve conflicts within the team and promote a collaborative work environment.

Monitor and track key metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Drive change and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns.

Uphold the values of Scrum, including commitment, courage, focus, openness, and respect. 

Strong understanding of Agile-Scrum methodologies.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.

Proficient in extracting data using Jira Query Language (JQL) to generate comprehensive reports tailored to specific project needs.

Develop custom JQL queries to extract data for sprint retrospectives, leading to more accurate performance analysis and process improvement initiatives. 

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Good to have Jira Administrator Certification 

Passion for driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of collaboration.
