Job Description
Are you an exceptional Technical Program Manager with distinctive skills beyond the conventional realm of expectations? Are you proficient in running Agile processes, project management and possess sound technical expertise in cloud and cloud security, specifically in Azure and AWS? If you have a solid foundation in program management, process management, or software delivery, coupled with refined skills in SQL, Scrum, Kanban, and Agile. Then you might be our next Technical Program Manager.
Who you are:
- 5 years of Program Management, Process Management, or Software Delivery experience.
- Experienced with Security controls.
- Hold sound technical expertise in cloud and cloud security, specifically related to Azure and AWS.
- Experience in diverse roles with increasing leadership responsibilities across major programs.
- Conversant in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks.
- Experience working in an environment that uses Agile practices for software delivery.
- 1 or more Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach certification from an accredited Agile institution.
- Proven experience working in complex business and technical programs using internal and external suppliers in a product environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
- A high level of empathy and the ability to vary styles of interaction to match the needs of a variety of audiences, temperaments, and personalities.
- Influencing and negotiation experience and skills in an environment with high competition for priorities.
What you will do:
- Work with Azure and AWS for various cloud-related tasks.
- Develop applications and solutions using Java, Python, Golang, or Rust.
- Design and implement distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
- Handle databases, including SQL, NoSQL, and distributed databases.
- Implement automation and CI/CD tools and practices for efficient processes.
- Implement public cloud security practices and utilize related product offerings.
- Set up authentication mechanisms like OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2.0.
- Manage workload orchestration using Kubernetes or similar technologies.
- Manage PKI and key management for secure data handling.
- Utilize Jira for effective project management.
It would be awesome if you had the following:
- Google Cloud
- Working knowledge of code
- Power Bi and/or Tableau
- Automation and CI/CD tools & practices
- Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2.0
- Kubernetes knowledge
- Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and key management
- Agile Coach certification from an accredited Agile institution
