The GTM Systems team works across Product Systems and Data teams to ensure that our Go-To-Market (“GTM”) teams - Marketing Sales Customer Success and Partners- have the right systems in place to improve their productivity and meet HubSpot’s strategic needs. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to help us execute on an ambitious Product & Systems roadmap.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with a track record of implementing long-term technical and strategic programs inside a well-established and growing SaaS ecosystem. The right candidate is skilled at finding and addressing problems always puts the customer first and has a passion for managing programs at-scale. You are a strategic thinker who possesses exceptional technical project management and communication skills and you are excited at the prospect of a highly visible job helping our GTM teams and internal product org to build grow and scale HubSpot.

This is a high-impact role where you will work with senior members of the Product Marketing Sales Customer Success and Partner teams to advance HubSpot’s Strategic Initiatives.

In this role you’ll get to:

  • Partner closely with senior members of the Go-To-Market and Product teams to develop project scope milestones & deliverables required resources and time-horizons for cross-functional systems initiatives that advance HubSpot’s strategy

  • Ensure the teams you support exceed planned deadlines and flawlessly execute on key initiatives

  • Translate business use cases to technical requirements and ensure the proper dependency sequencing between teams

  • Identify roadblocks and determine the appropriate way to overcome them

  • Partner closely with data analysts to identify and track project KPIs

  • Own the program communication & reporting management throughout the various project’s life-cycle.

We are looking for people who:

  • Multiple years of technical project management experience driving the implementation of long-term technical and strategic projects or programs (experience using Asana and/or GitHub Projects is a plus)

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic constantly changing environment and can independently prioritize work appropriately

  • Have a knack for building strong relationships across functions to achieve a shared goal.

  • Have experience collaborating across Engineering Product Systems and Business teams.

  • Have a passion for and ideally experience with internal business systems CRM software and technical solutions.

  • Have an understanding of and ideally passion for AI technologies and data infrastructure and their practical applications (especially for driving efficiency gains)

  • Can convey complex technical concepts simply to non-technical stakeholders (and communicate business needs to technical stakeholders)

  • Can think strategically while rolling up their sleeves to get things done

  • Can think creatively and find innovative ways to overcome challenges

  • Are able to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business

  • Have good knowledge of project or program management methodology

  • Are energized by leading in an ambiguous space and navigating uncharted territory

  • Have a deep desire to learn and grow with each new initiative

Cash compensation range: 118500-189600 USD Annually This resource will help guide how we recommend thinking about the range you see. Learn more about HubSpot’s compensation philosophy . The cash compensation above includes base salary on-target commission for employees in eligible roles and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate including their skills experience qualifications and other job-related reasons.
