Technical Program Manager

monday.com is looking for a talented Technical Program Manager to join the Data and Information Technology department.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering results.

About The Role:

• Lead and manage strategic programs aligning with organizational goals and the data & information technology department’s objectives
• Perform program analysis, manage task execution and risks, identify bottlenecks, perform necessary corrections, and communicate program status across multiple levels of management
• Facilitate cross-teams project management, ensuring collaboration and seamless project execution.
• Create and control SaaS systems management processes and collaborate with procurement and finance teams on cost planning and optimization
• Build, maintain, and track OKRs in multiple levels - project and overall department activities
• Create and oversee work processes and methodologies
• Oversee regulations processes, ensuring compliance and effective control

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in technical project/ program or product management
• Strong familiarity with cross-organizational processes and operations
• High level of technical understanding of SaaS solutions
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, that allow you to engage and align the organization across functions at all levels
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to deliver
• B.Sc. in industrial engineering and management - high advantage
• High proficiency in English
