Technical Program Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Product and Engineering (P&E) Collaboration
- Actively work alongside the Celonis Services delivery teams to gather customer needs to provide insights into the new product pipeline for Product and Engineering from a delivery perspective.
- Utilize your deep technology understanding of Product and Engineering plans in order to recognize business-generating opportunities for Services and ensure successful product adoption
- Create and deliver a robust process in conjunction with other teams to launch new products and features.
- Plan and facilitate deep dives with PnE to exchange ideas and share learnings from recent customer engagements.
- Delivery Excellence
- Actively work alongside the Celonis Services field teams to ensure methodology and tools are efficient, robust and support the needs of customer implementation. Methodology and tools should expedite our ability to implement Celonis and better serve our entire customer base.
- Develop Services specific knowledge management content and best practices.
- Partner with Leadership, HR and Enablement Teams to maintain and keep up-to-date Celonis Services onboarding material and training paths for all roles.
- Drive enablement and certification programs for Celonis Services staff, customers and partners
- Cross Department Collaboration & Change Management
- Work with the Enablement team and Academy to create relevant enablement content
- Plan and facilitate deep dives with Sales and Value Engineering to exchange ideas and share learnings from recent customer engagements.
- Collaborate with VE on CS / VE handshakes across programs and initiatives that align to the Celonis Customer Journey.
- Identify optimisation and automation opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Collaborate and ensure coordination across internal and external teams that will be visible at the highest levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of Celonis products and platform.
- First hand technical experience in a post-sales delivery role within Celonis
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with sales and other cross-functional teams to achieve aligned business goals.
- Experience with knowledge management, process engineering, program management, tools, enablement practices, and methodologies.
- Demonstrated progressive experience with program management operations or related experience with a technical SaaS or subscription software service.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in mid-sized or large organizations
- Ability to disseminate team goals, objectives, and metrics to higher level OKRs/ V2MOM and track the outcome
- Experience in proving value that has been brought to the organisation
- Involved in an organization during a period of growth and transformation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for using operational metrics and process improvement to support key decisions and drive organizational optimization.
