We’re looking for a talented Technical Program Manager to support our complex, enterprise SaaS delivery projects with the following responsibilities.
What Your Journey Will Look Like (Responsibilities)- Successfully execute SasS product implementations for FLYR engineering organization with agreed schedule, scope and resources
- Understand and oversee all phases of the software development lifecycle using agile development methodology
- Perform all necessary program management activities, i.e., planning, initiating, executing, monitoring, escalating, risk management and stakeholder management, to ensure the successful product launchÂ
- Manage multiple high-velocity projects simultaneously
- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Understand the technical aspects of the projects you manage
- Use your technical background to ensure a complex project with multiple dependencies moves forward according to your project roadmap
- Work with Engineering, Product Management, and Operations to establish, track and communicate product feature portfolios and dependencies across multiple teams
- Create and manage execution plans and risk plans at scrum and portfolio level
- Facilitate and organize scrum of scrums, sprints, release planning, demos, retrospectives and all agile ceremonies
- Work within a defined framework, and contribute to improving that framework
- Help drive tooling and reporting within the PMO organization which will create clear visibility into statuses and dependencies
- Computer Science bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in program managementÂ
- You bring order and process not for the sake of process, but for the sake of efficiency
- You are able to speak across functions and with everyone from executives to individual contributors
- You can influence within teams without having "formal-authority"
- Ability to work in an environment at a fast pace and with changing priorities
- Past experience with delivering enterprise SaaS programs using Agile Methodology
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Technically minded and understand the day-to-day operations of a well-established engineering org
- Past experience with program management tools (i.e. Jira, Confluence, Aha, Smartsheets, Wrike or similar)
- Outstanding organizational skills and time management skills to keep programs on track to the finish
- Strong understanding of both product and program management techniques (Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, OKRs)
- Strong software engineering technical background with a real passion for delivering high performance, quality software.
- Experience in resource planning, estimation and tracking
- Significant experience using Excel or Google Sheets for tracking, reporting and analyzing large-scale projects
- PMP certification (or similar) is a plus
- Equity in Series C startup with high growth potential

Compensation: The salary range for this role is commensurate with experience and is as follows:
$142,000—$199,000 USD
