Snap's Engineering Programs team build and deliver operational programs that cut across Core Engineering, Monetization, Product, and Growth, and directly improve the customer experience within the Snapchat app. They also drive programs and initiatives that improve the health and efficiency of the Engineering organization, ultimately improving how our customers experience Snap products. We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our team!
What you'll do:
  • You will be handling the strategy and execution of technical programs across our Engineering organization.
  • Responsible for defining and guiding high-level goals and roadmaps, monitoring and communicating progress, defining functional requirements and communicating with cross functional team members.
  • Efficiently supervise projects and development schedules, ensuring quality and on time delivery.
  • Design measurements to supervise impact and drive internal process improvements.
  • Collect feedback from partners and other teams and deliver it to our engineering teams.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Experience driving and delivering technical programs or products from inception to delivery
  • Ability to translate high level goals into actionable steps for Engineering teams
  • Highly organized, ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to establish effective relationships across cross functional teams and partners working in different locations and time zones

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent years of experience
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • 11+ years of experience in technical program management, and/or product management
  • Experience working with technical partners and vendors

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with software engineering and data pipelines
  • Experience with data analytics and dashboard development

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) :
The base salary range for this position is $205,000-$295,000 annually.
Zone B :
The base salary range for this position is $195,000-$280,000 annually.
Zone C :
The base salary range for this position is $174,000-$251,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
