Technical Program Manager - Firmware

As a firmware TPM at Lunar, you will be the focal point of firmware development - and therefore also the functionality and integration of our product.  This is a highly technical role requiring experience with integrated hardware and embedded software, and you will have significant influence over the processes and approach we take to develop, manufacture and launch our industry leading products.

On a given day at Lunar, you’ll likely:

• Work cross functionally to translate top level program and business requirements into detailed FW execution plans
• Drive execution to these plans, conduct team meetings, support trade off analysis, communicate status, and identify/resolve blocking issues
• Act as the point of contact for firmware and integration to the program team
• Escalate risks and issues in a timely manner and drive them to closure
• Coordinate across functional groups to ensure synchronized efforts

• BS in CS, EE or equivalent

Our Compensation Philosophy: Our goal is to ensure that all Lunar Energy employees are fairly compensated. Please note that the salary range information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position provided pursuant to the Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act for California applicants. The salary range estimate for this position depending on level of experience is: $130k - $170k USD.
