Your Role and Responsibilities
The technical program management role will lead and manage the delivery of software stack from card firmware runtimes compilers and AI stack including inferencing components and models from Research into product.

Partner with senior technical leadership in Research and Infrastructure organizations to define objectives create project plans establish timelines

Lead the end to end plan delivery collaborating with engineering teams research stakeholders and external vendors for technical alignment

Identify risks dependencies and take proactive action towards resolution

Cultivate productive relationships addressing cross team dependencies and management of cross functional alignment

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years experience managing large complex projects/programs
• 5+ years experience in handling project execution identifying and mitigating risk
• 2+ years experience delivering production level software to z/OS
• Strong technical background with understanding of IBM mainframe and AI technologies

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience as a software development manager
