About the Role:
The Technical Program Management team plays an important role in leading critical company-wide initiatives and continuously improving processes to enhance the effectiveness of our product and engineering teams. We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to support Tubi's machine learning initiatives, which involve creating platforms, tools, and processes to execute Tubi's machine learning programs and personalization efforts. This TPM will own Tubi’s experimentation planning and launch process from end to end.
As a member of the team, the TPM will work collaboratively with data scientists, machine learning engineers, product managers, and engineering leadership to identify areas of investment and drive excellence in machine learning programs and infrastructure across Tubi. This position is pivotal to Tubi's growth and has significant visibility and impact.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Tubi’s machine learning experimentation planning process to intake, track, and report on ML experiments
- Own Tubi’s experimentation review process and document go / no-go decisions
- Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, product managers, and engineering leadership to identify areas of investment and drive excellence in machine learning programs and infrastructure across Tubi
- Lead and manage Tubi's Machine Learning programs and infrastructure initiatives from ideation to delivery
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage changes as needed to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor and report project status, progress, and performance metrics to stakeholders
- Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting machine learning solutions and progress updates in a clear and understandable manner
Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or equivalent work experienceÂ
- 4+ years in a technology, engineering, media company or program management role with experience connected to advertising technology
- Track record of resourcefulness and finding creative means to solve roadblocks and move initiatives forward
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Ability to come up to speed quickly and contribute to a diverse set of technical areas
- Data-driven and pragmatic with excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to present and convey key insights effectively to executive management
- Flexible to changing circumstances and capacity to maintain calm in the face of uncertainty
- SQL and Excel skills for managing & analyzing data to help inform decision-making and drive efficiency

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long term incentive plan, and various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
