POSITION OVERVIEW
Our engineering team prioritizes creating excellent systems via rapid iterations, collaboration, and peer review. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to work with our Engineering leadership team to drive the delivery of all our internal and external products. This individual will actively mentor and contribute to the personal development of their team. As the Technical Program Manager, you will focus on leading and developing a highly skilled team of Senior Engineers and Quality teams delivering internal and external products. You will be responsible for managing the Software Development Life Cycle for each initiative and the entire team's performance.

This position is eligible for remote work in the U.S. All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibility for the software delivery process
- Establish processes to resolve dependencies and communicate clearly with stakeholders for smoother releases
- Build, manage, mentor, and coach a team of highly skilled Software Development Engineers and Quality Engineers in delivering quality releases
- Manage our Design team to facilitate our "Design First" methodology
- Own all operational metrics for your team
- Working with the Product organization plan and create project roadmaps and make them scalable
- Drive projects that involve liaising with multiple teams, including engineering, analytics, and marketing
- Manage project schedules and delegate project responsibilities
- Oversee the development of internal processes and business applications
- Identify project risks and plan and execute sustainable long-term strategies
- Coordinate with the Product organization on delivering to the communicated roadmap
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
- Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery
- Help the Development, Quality, and Design team improve the overall products and processes
- Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues
- Work with Dev Ops and Leadership on key projects to stabilize and enhance the overall development and product environments
- Performs other related duties as requested by management
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or 8-10 years equivalent development work experience in lieu of degree
- 8+ years of experience in managing and driving technical projects that involved interacting with multiple teams
- Minimum 7 years' experience in ASP.NET based applications using C#, Entity Framework, mvc, object orientated programming and ASP.NET Web API's
- Minimum 2 years with .NET Core/.NET 5/.NET 6
- Proven experience in data analysis, capacity planning, and risk management
- Strong experience in project development lifecycle and project management
- You have good communication and organizational skills
- You have experience leading a diverse team of quality software engineers

- You proactively identify problems and opportunities and generate creative approaches to solve them
- You enjoy working collaboratively with product managers to build and maintain a backlog of work for a team of engineers

This position may be based remotely with a salary of $115,000 - $135,000. Occasional meetings may be required in Denver headquarters.
