Technical Program Manager - Smart Glasses In-Market Products Responsibilities:

• As an In-Market Technical Program Manager, you will lead a cross-functional core team from launch through EOL to ensure Smart Glasses Products are operating effectively and customer feedback is addressed. This is a highly visible role, requiring an experienced leader with strong technical skills and business acumen
• skilled at communicating with all levels of the company. We look for technical program managers who care deeply about the products they work on, who are natural motivators, cross-functional relationship builders, and champions for driving the right level of process to ensure smooth and predictable program execution in a fast-paced innovative environment. The right candidate will possess a strong technical program management, consumer product development and engineering experience with software and hardware product development background, will have demonstrated experience leading large initiatives across multiple product, software and hardware teams.Responsibilities Include:-Lead a cross-functional core team spanning hardware, software, core technology, content, operations, marketing, legal, and finance.-Own the program sustaining activities, managing the delivery of key program updates.-Contribute to the strategic direction of the program.-Proactively identify and drive resolution of critical program risks/issues.-Manage cross-functional dependencies. Establish best practices along with key performance indicators to ensure success.-Be able to distill complex topics into clear communications to program stakeholders. Ensure resource needs are established and fulfilled.

Minimum Qualification

Minimum Qualifications:

• -6+ years experience as a technical program manager, leading consumer electronics device development and sustaining across both hardware and software. -Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience. -Experience delivering technical programs or products from inception to delivery. -Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams. -Knowledge of software and hardware development and product development processes and best practices. -Experience in process definition/improvements, program management, tools. -Experience in team leadership, decision making, and presenting to groups.
