Technical Program Manager - Strategic Technology Partnerships

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Technology Partners Team.

In this role, you will manage complex programs that involve collaboration with a growing number of strategic partnerships. This position requires a blend of project management skills, technical expertise, and a strategic mindset to develop and nurture relationships that align with our business objectives.

As a TPM covering JFrog’s Strategic Technology Partners in JFrog you will... 

• Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with leadership to define partnership strategies and goals.
  • Identify potential partners and assess alignment with company objectives.
• Program Management:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor partnership programs.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Track progress and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders.
• Technical Coordination:
  • Serve as a technical liaison between internal teams and external partners.
  • Translate technical requirements into actionable project plans and ensure timely delivery.
• Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations.
  • Facilitate effective communication between teams to ensure alignment and address challenges.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
  • Proactively resolve issues that may impact timelines or deliverables.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Analyze program outcomes and gather feedback to drive improvements in partnership strategies and execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance program effectiveness.

To be a TPM covering JFrog’s Strategic Technology Partners in JFrog you need...

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles, with a focus on strategic partnerships.
• Proven experience managing complex technical projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…

• At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
• This position has a base salary range between $150,000 to $170,000.  Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
• This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU).  In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

• JFrog embraces hybrid work: 3 days in office / 2 days remote.
• Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
