Technical Program Senior Manager
Key Role:
Design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with leading multi-functional technical teams to maximize engineering output and efficiency
- Experience with Hanscom AFB acquisition
- Experience in operating within AF PEO Digital, C3I&N, or NC3 using Defense Acquisition Life Cycle
- Experience with acquiring DoD Command, Control, Communications, Cyber, and Information (C4I) defense systems
- Knowledge of establishing and documenting repeatable programmatic and technical processes to achieve scale
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the agile software development life cycle
- Master's degree
- PMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
