We are building our team of motivated Professional Services. The Technical Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating projects and professional services engineers. This individual will also act as a key resource for assisting with client onboarding, cloud migration projects, and other professional services projects. • Project Coordination (planning, scheduling, and monitoring throughout project life cycle)
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Work with clients to perform technical requirements gathering for Microsoft cloud migrations
• Document technical procedures
• Issue tracking
• Determine resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Track project costs in order to meet the budget
• Address project escalations as they arise and involve direct supervisor as needed
• Field inquiries from team members and clients on project requests
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

• Professional, pleasant and patient in demeanor
• Ability to communicate and document successfully with team members
• Exceptionally self-reliant and self-directed.
• Interface with MS team on post deployment support for MS clients

• Coordinate with accounting team on project billing

Let’s work together to succeed together! Relevant industry experience in some of the following areas (more is better) is a good start:

• 2+ years minimum IT experience required
• Administration experience with Microsoft Office 365 and/or GSuite is pr
• Project management experience a plus
• Technical competency with scheduling and resource management products.

Work Schedule/Travel - Shifts for this role will be scheduled between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM. In addition to the normal work shifts, you must periodically be able to work on-call, after-hours, and holidays. We value both education and experience equally - While your formal degree, and certifications, would contribute to your success in this role, we also find tremendous value in skills and knowledge gained through in depth, real-world experience in a related field.
