TITLE: Technical Project Coordinator Intern, Firmware

As a firmware Project Coordinator at Lunar, you will be at the heart of firmware development - and therefore also the functionality and integration of our product.  This role works heavily with Engineering - experience with integrated hardware and embedded software and translating technical jargon to business needs is highly desirable, and you will have significant influence over the processes and approach we take to develop, manufacture and launch our industry leading products.

On a given day at Lunar, you’ll likely…

• Work cross functionally to translate top level program and business requirements into detailed FW execution plans. 
• Drive execution to project plans, take meeting notes, making project dashboards/visuals, support trade off analysis, communicate status, and identify/resolve blocking issues
• Act as the point of contact for firmware and integration to the program team
• Spot process gaps and provide solution suggestions
• Escalate risks and issues in a timely manner and drive them to closure 
• Coordinate across functional groups to ensure synchronized efforts 

About you:

• Understanding or willingness to learn Agile Methodologies
• Excellence with Jira and Confluence (or other ticketing systems)
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation skills
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility to help your team deliver
• Experience managing complicated cross-functional developments
• BA or Preferred BS in CS, EE or equivalent

Our Compensation Philosophy: Our goal is to ensure that all Lunar Energy employees are fairly compensated. Please note that the salary range information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position provided pursuant to the Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act for California applicants. The salary range estimate for this position depending on level of experience is: $30/hr. - $45/hr. USD.
