As an experienced lead in Project Execution, you'll use your understanding of how technology helps achieve business goals to set priorities, manage resources, and incentivize high-performing teams.
JPMorgan is seeking a talented candidate to drive various projects and programs for Order and Workflow Management systems within Equities Sales & Trading Technology. Our team supports various businesses across Cash Equities, Delta One, Prime, Equity Derivatives, Program Trading, Electronic Trading, and Futures via high performance, low latency order management systems and Front Ends, globally. We are focused, collaborative, and driven. This Project Execution role is a combination of Business Analysis and Project Management - analyzing and understanding details of a project, producing concise but illustrative documentation, and driving/tracking the delivery to full completion. Solid knowledge of Cash Equities business is desired as well as a keen ability to learn quickly.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to understand the big picture while digging into details
• Pro-active, self-motivated, and an ability to act as a change agent while partnering and collaborating
• Prior experience delivering large and complex projects with multiple dependencies
• Strong understanding of front to back order flow and functional requirements across order management, trading, regulatory and compliance, and booking
• Technical hands-on experience working with front-office trading systems, FIX protocol, Linux/Unix, Database/SQL/KDB, Perl/Python scripting desired
