What You'll Do: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for defining, scoping, and managing one or more projects ensuring technical and/or business objectives are achieved. As the Project Manager, you will also contribute to a variety of areas including:

  • Actively participate and oversee all phases of the project. Identify, assess, and manage risks to the success of the project
  • Effectively manage project team conflicts, build collaborative partnerships with stakeholders
  • Estimate and monitor costs, timescales, and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project to agreed scope and constraints
  • Prepare and maintain project plans and track activities against the plan
  • Implement effective communication plan and operating rhythm, including provision of regular and accurate reports
  • Manage change control gaining agreement for revisions from project stakeholders
  • Support project team members in agile/scrum activities such as release planning, sprint planning, backlog grooming
  • Provide effective leadership to the project team


About You:

You're a good fit for the role of Technology Project Manager if you have:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Project Management
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
  • Experience working in agile development environment
  • Strong business and technical acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional teams via diplomacy and tact
  • Experience working on customer requirements and implementing solutions with ability to travel to customer locations and company meetings
  • Ability to achieve results with broad performance guidelines and often changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance
