Technical Program Manager

We're currently searching for an experienced program manager to join our ranks and continue our tradition of success. The ideal candidate will have a laser focus on the successful delivery of the highest business value features across agile teams, while ensuring transparency and collaboration throughout the rest of the organization. Reports to: CIO

Responsibilities:

• Drive the establishment of the Beeline Enterprise Architecture and roadmap.

• Work collaboratively with Corporate IT Leadership Team to ensure all initiatives are in alignment with the goals of the Beeline Enterprise Architecture

• Oversee the Beeline FedRAMP requirements.

• Understand and identify dependencies across projects and initiatives.

• Secure execution of program implementation activities

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for programs and initiatives.

• Identify opportunities for continual improvement.

• Gather feedback and present insights.

• Plan and organize cross functional events.

• Drive timely decisions by key stakeholders in the context of the overall program.

• Collaborate with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities for initiatives.

• Work with key stakeholders to review and manage priority of projects across the program.

• Central point of contact for program escalations.

• Serve as Sr. Advisor for highly complex projects requiring senior leadership.

• Skills and Qualifications

• 10 years in Corporate IT and/or IT Systems Architecture (preference given to those with FedRAMP experience)

• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

• Customer service, IT process oriented

• Experience with Cloud Platform Development, Solution Design, IT Operations

• Must be an outstanding communicator and team player who demonstrates attention to detail.

• Well versed in both Azure and AWS engineering

• Understands the financial elements of initiatives that support the long-term strategy of the business.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Attention to detail / detail oriented.

• Experience with common project and ticket management software such as MS Project, SharePoint, AzureDevOps and JIRA.

• Experience managing projects in a software product company.

• Enforcement of governance policies set by the program management office.

• Broad technical experience with implementation of custom and COTS solutions allowing the Program Manager to drive solutions development conversations with technical resources.
