As Technical Project Manager at Slingshot Aerospace, you will be a core driver of software program execution, sustainment and growth in cutting edge programs building the future of sustainable Space Traffic Management. Your role will ensure accurate analysis, estimation and prediction for our development efforts, guiding and aiding your Engineering colleagues in getting the most out of the work while protecting healthy work-life and personal growth balance in a sustained Agile way of working. Your ability to communicate effectively and partner with stakeholders, data and astrodynamics scientists, product and business managers will all place you at the forefront of accomplishing practical outcomes in bringing the future of Spaceflight one step closer.

 Must be a U.S. citizen eligible and willing to attain government clearances

• 3-5 Years of Project Management Experience on cloud software applications
• 2+ years Scrum Master or Equivalent experience in a high-agility environment
• Experience crafting modern distributed cloud-based SaaS/PaaS software, 12 Factor Application experience preferred.
• Experience working with UI/UX Designers, Product Managers and Business Stakeholders associated with a technical project
• Broad understanding of modern engineering methodologies, cloud software technologies and infrastructure techniques
• Superb analytical skills; adept at identifying and applying data to make smart decisions and influence outcomes
• Experience delivering to market a software product from start to finish
• Strong personal organization and communication skills, placing your team first
• A growth-focused mindset, always learning and looking for new knowledge
• Ability to inspire and lead Team Members, bringing the best out of them.

• Experience with 3D, Gaming, PaaS Platform, Machine Learning or other Scientific Software
• Early/Mid-stage Startup Team Experience
