Technical Project Manager

Elevar is used daily by thousands of Shopify brands all across the world to help ensure they have an accurate data foundation they can trust and scale their business with. We simplify the complex world of tagging and event tracking.

This Project Manager role is a new position, so be expected to learn on the fly and be a self-starter. The person who fills this role should be meticulously detail-oriented, and appreciate and understand the importance of eCommerce tagging and tracking. You will be responsible for managing different project types for Elevar's top Enterprise clients based on the client's individual tagging and tracking needs.

What To Expect:

• Working closely with Elevar Implementation Analysts to help schedule and organize work.
• Taking detailed notes during meetings and project discussions to ensure all important information is recorded and can be referenced later.
• Managing a project management tool (internal and/or external tool), ensuring that all tasks and milestones are properly tracked and updated.
• Managing the reporting schedule, ensuring that all stakeholders receive regular updates on the project's progress.
• Reviewing proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
• Creating management, communication plans and processes to ensure all stakeholders are aware of the project's goals and objectives, as well as the steps taken to achieve them.
• Analyzing, planning, and developing scheduled projects, ensuring that all project deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
• Scheduling project timelines, outlining the key milestones and tasks that need to be completed in order to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of the project are carefully considered and executed.
• Background knowledge of ecommerce, web development, google analytics, google slides, docs and sheets
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration and coordination with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership abilities, the ability to lead and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
• Solution-oriented mindset, the ability to identify and solve problems, and overcome roadblocks to progress.
• Organizational skills and time management skills, to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
