This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager QVAC in Netherlands.

This role offers the opportunity to lead complex software projects in a fast-paced, global environment. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards. The position involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring project execution while mitigating risks and resolving blockers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, from development and QA to product and operations, while driving continuous improvement in project processes. Accountabilities:

  • Support the Lead Technical Project Manager by assisting in process implementation, issue escalation, and ensuring smooth communication with team members.
  • Oversee project execution, monitor progress, manage dependencies, and adjust plans proactively to meet evolving requirements.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders on project status, risks, and changes to ensure alignment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or quality issues.
  • Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams, including development, QA, product, and business units.
  • Gather post-project feedback and implement lessons learned to improve future project delivery.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
    • 5+ years of experience managing software development projects, with hands-on development experience in the past 3–4 years.
    • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
    • Foundational knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization) and modern software delivery concepts.
    • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project delivery methodologies.
    • Experience with software engineering and collaboration tools such as Git, Asana, Confluence, and Slack.
    • Knowledge of testing approaches including unit, integration, end-to-end, performance, and security testing.
    • Proven ability to lead multiple projects and distributed teams concurrently.
    • Strong organizational, planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities in English.
      Preferred:
    • Knowledge of AI tools, AI product landscape, or AI architecture concepts.
    • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
    • Familiarity with quality assurance, cybersecurity principles, and performance optimization.
